      We're looking for an experienced Senior U X Research and Designer to support our customersand join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

      About the role:

      As a Senior UX designer, you'll inform product decisions through user research, customer relationship development, and iterative feedback loops. You'll also leverage Lean UX principles in defining MVPs for prototyping and testing. You will act as a leader in the design community, keeping the team up-to-date in industry best practices and design standards. You'll enable and empower the junior UX designers to deliver high-quality products using user-centered design methodologies. In your work, you'll measure and communicate results of design efforts to the stakeholders, gather domain context to share across the product team, lead discover research efforts to uncover assumptions, advocate for design principles and drive product forward through discussions, and ultimately communicate/ collaborate with other functions on the team (i.e. product managers and developers).

      What we are looking for:
      • Relevant hands-on work experience in UX, product design, and/or enterprise design experience
      • Experience understanding and visualizing complex workflows through flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps, evident in a strong portfolio
        Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team and serving as a domain context expert throughout the design and product development processes
      • Experience enabling/upskilling/mentoring junior designers while continuing to deliver business outcomes
        Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other applicable design tools
      • Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to communicate design implementation details to a team of programmers
      • Excellent management, communication, and facilitation/presentation skills

      Highly preferred:
      • Experience working with ReactJS design systems/ Material UI
        Experience includes User Centered Design (UCD) methods
      • Experience providing input on product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops
      • Experience in Agile work environment
      • BA/BS of higher in experience design, industrial design, HCI, or other relevant degree/ experience


      Clearance Requirements:
      • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
