      Job Description:
      - Looking for friendly and attentive independent contractors to assist Driver Assistance Program customers with delivery of safety services
      - Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
      - Listen carefully and evaluate each caller's situation to provide appropriate solutions
      - Handle calls that range from simple mapping and navigation to emergency situations
      - Exhibit a caring and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills

      Schedule:
      - Flexible schedule opportunities
      - Client hours of operation are open 24x7
      - Contractors should be able to provide 20+ hours per week on this program

      Compensation for Bilingual Contractors:
      - Rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute with a 48 minute minimum guarantee
      - Equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour

      Compensation for Contractors Handling English Only Interactions:
      - Rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute with a minimum of 45 minutes per available hour
      - Equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour

      Required Skills:
      - Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
      - Strong customer service skills, including active listening
      - Ability to multitask and find answers while on the call
      - Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
      - Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and difficult calls

      Tech Requirements:
      - Personal computer (no tablet)
      - Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
      - Wired internet connection (Cable, Fiber Optic, or DSL)
      - Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
      - Valid antivirus software installed and up to date
      - Wired USB headset with microphone
      - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad with willingness to install an authentication app

      Additional Information:
      - This is a contractual relationship and you will remain an independent contractor
      - Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings
