      Job Description: Customer Service Representative

      Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
