Position Requirements:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team member
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental standard operating procedures
- Must have dedicated, secure high-speed internet and a private, quiet workspace
- Must be available for a 6 to 8 week training class

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications:
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- Ability to multitask and detail oriented
- Call center experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Fluency in Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for 6 or more hours per day
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to Supervisor in the Contact Center
