Responsibilities:

Radiant Digital is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Specialist to work closely with our Marketing Manager and support our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the Communications pillar, you will play a crucial role in executing communication strategies, creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, assisting with media relations, and fostering internal communication initiatives. Your excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining consistent messaging and enhancing Radiant Digital's brand presence in the digital transformation and software development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content, including blogs, press releases, website copy, and marketing materials, that aligns with the company's brand identity and communication goals.

2. Social Media Management: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage Radiant Digital's social media presence by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media analytics.

3. Media Relations Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to assist with media outreach efforts, including preparing press materials, coordinating interviews, and managing media databases.

4. Internal Communication: Help develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and successes.

5. Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other marketing team members to integrate communication efforts into overall digital marketing campaigns.

6. Thought Leadership: Support the Marketing Manager in identifying opportunities for thought leadership content, guest articles, speaking engagements, and industry partnerships.

7. Communication Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, including social media metrics, website traffic, and media coverage, and provide insights to enhance future strategies.

8. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and ensure adherence to Radiant Digital's brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in communications, content creation, or social media management is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with PR practices and media relations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to communication initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the digital transformation and software development industry is a plus.
